Welcome to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish from the Knights of Columbus!
The Knights of Columbus is a fraternal services organization dedicated to family, community, youth and church. The organization was founded by Fr. Michael J. McGivney over 135 years ago. In 2016, our council celebrated its 15th anniversary here at St. Elizabeth Seton. The Knights of Columbus is a world-wide Catholic men’s organization with over 2 million members engaged in charitable, religious and social work for the parish and community.
If you are male, age 18, and a practicing Catholic and want to help in our parish and the local community, you should seriously consider joining the Knights of Columbus. Our council has over 115 members.
Some of our activities include:
Raised over $1,000 at our annual Tootsie Roll Drives for Camp Fatima for Exceptional Citizen’s Week
Annually in November in collaboration with our parish, we raise an average of over $13,000 for the NH Food Bank. To date our council is responsible for over $97,000 raised for the NH Food Bank.
Host three Pancake Breakfasts dinners here in our parish.
Annually in January, host a Basketball Free Throw Contest in our Parish Activity Center.
Our Council is responsible for the parish fund raiser that resulted in the Ten Commandments Monument next to the Parish Activity Center.
For almost 16 years our Council has provided the Lector, Eucharistic Ministers and Ushers for the Midnight Mass.
Keep Christ in Christmas Religious Christmas Card campaign – making religious Christmas cards available to the parish to spread the true meaning of Christmas!
We also have a lot of fun and find it richly rewarding to help others in need. We also have golf outings and attend sporting events.
If this is something you want to be a part of and join a winning team, we will be happy to invite you to join our council! Please contact me at 603-714-4100.
