Welcome to St. Elizabeth Seton Parish from the Knights of Columbus!
Hello, my name is Jim Barry. I am a member of the Knights of Columbus here in Bedford. My family and I have been members of the St. Elizabeth Seton Parish and Bedford residents for more than 23 years. I’d like to tell you about the Knights of Columbus, and answer your questions about our organization.
Maybe you’ve heard of us, or know of someone who is a Knight. Or maybe you’ve thought about joining, but are not sure if it’s for you. What are the Knights all about? What do they do? Is it for me? Please read on, and I’ll explain.
From right here at home to places in our nation and across the globe, our charitable work goes to where it is needed most. Addressing hunger; disaster relief; feeding, clothing and caring for the poor; supporting a Culture of Life; supporting seminarians, university students and our military servicemen — all of these things, and more.
Here at St. Elizabeth Seton, our Knights collaborate with our Pastor and Parish groups in a range of activities. Fundraising for state and local charity needs, supporting our youth, enriching our Faith lives, and having some fun along the way, too — We want to help make our Parish a vibrant, meaningful Catholic home for you and your family.
